7:00 am – 8:30 am | Visit of the farmer market and creation of the basket with our Chef Thomas Neeser
8:30 am – 9:00 am | Coffee and croissants
9:00 am – 9:30 am | Visit of the kitchen and briefing with the Chef
9:30 am – 12:00 pm | Mise en place of the starter and main course
12:00 pm – 12:30 pm | Aperitif in the kitchen
12:30 pm – 14:00 pm | Service of the meal
14:00 pm – 14:30 pm | Coffee, tea and petit fours
